Shipping Policy
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 4 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that custom gift orders may take up to four weeks to ship, no matter what shipment type is chosen.
Where We Ship
We currently only ship to continental U.S. addresses. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories located outside of the continental United States. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Currently, we DO NOT ship internationally.
Shipping Costs
Bryan's Gifting Company offers Free Shipping options for all orders, which is the default selection at checkout. Customers are able to select expedited shipping options at an additional. All expedited shipping costs are calculated by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Taxes and Fees
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Return Policy
All Bryan’s Gifting Company LLC sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
Bryan's Gifting Company will only replace items if they are damaged or defective. A request to replace a damaged or defective item will only be accepted within 15 days of when the order was delivered. We DO NOT accept any exchanges or refunds on food/beverage items. If you need to replace a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at hello@bryansgifts.com along with a photo of the defective or damaged product.
Eligibility for Exchanges/Replacements
Bryan's Gifting Company does not accept returns/exchanges for jewelry, food/beverage, any personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable in their description, unless they are damaged upon receipt. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page.
Shipping Damaged or Defective Objects
In some instances, at the sole discretion of Bryan's Gifting Company, customer may be asked to send back a damaged or defective product. In this case, Bryan's Gifting Company will send a shipping label to the customer for the return shipment of the damaged or defective item. Bryan's Gifting Company will not cover any costs for boxes, bags, or any shipment vessel.
Depending on where the customer is located, the time it may take extra time for a replacement product to be delivered.
